  2. Click “Checkout” to continue the next process.
  3. To submit your order, please fill up your billing and shipping details in the space provided.
  4. When payment is received, you’ll receive an email confirmation with summary of your order within 24 hours. Also, we’ll email a form for you to fill up your wedding details. 
  5. We’ll start to work out your digital proof with your submitted wedding details and send to you within 3-4 business days for your first review.
  6. Check carefully and tell us anything to revise. Note: Wording, font type, colours and minor layout changes are allowed to change during the revision rounds.

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you’re shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order.

All transactions you make to purchase items in our shop are made entirely through ToyyibPay, and we do not process any of such information. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

All payments on this site are made either through ToyyibPay or via direct bank transfer. Please note that all transactions are handled by ToyyibPay we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

Please WhatsApp us the proof of online transaction with the Order ID once payment is made.

If you decide to cancel your order, please do so before any draft of the design work has been done. We will refund your purchase your purchase fee.

If you decide to cancel your order after the 1st draft has been done, there is no refund given.

In the case of wrong choice of design order or you want to change the design, you can contact us directly to change the design that you would like to order. Please provide your order no. and new order choice.

We would suggest that you make the order 1-2 months before your wedding date.

For pre-made template designs

After the order has been made and the requested content has been submitted, we will provide the 1st draft in 3-4 business days.

Please kindly go through the 1st draft carefully. If there is anything to revise or update. please provide the revision to us. Within 1-2 business days, we’ll send you the second/final draft for your final review.

For custom design

After the order has been made and the requirements for the custom design is submitted and the requested content is provided, we will look through your requests and provide the time for the creation of the first draft (between 5-6 days). 

Please kindly go through the 1st draft carefully. If there is anything to revise or update. please provide the revision to us. Within 1-2 business days, we’ll send you the second/final draft for your final review.

Notes: Wording, font type, colours and minor layout are allowed to change during the revision rounds.

We are sorry, but we do not proofread the contents sent by you.

We recommend having your families and friends help you proofread the invitation during revisions rounds including spelling and grammar as we’re not responsible for any misspelling or grammar errors. To avoid any unhappy experiences, please check carefully.

You can tell us your preferred color, font and request for minor layout changes.

Yes, of course. We will provide the list of wording that you can change in our content request document and you can provide your own wordings.

Since the e-invitation is online, you can access it through the browser with the link provided by us and once the design is finalized and completed, you can use the same link to send the e-invitation to your families and friends.

Your online e-invitation will be active from the date of finalizing the design and launch to 1 month after your event date. After 1 month, you will no longer have access to the link. If you wish to have prolong the access to your online e-invitation link, please contact us at hello@e-weds.com.
